Cheriyal
Paintings, a traditional scroll art from Telangana, are known for their vibrant, narrative style. Created on handmade cloth with natural colors, they depict Indian mythology, folklore, and rural life. These paintings feature bold outlines, vivid colors, and detailed scenes which were originally used by travelling bards as a form of storytelling. As a dying craft, efforts are underway to preserve this unique art form and its cultural significance.
