As each jewellery piece is handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or credit as applicable. Please note: used or worn products will not be accepted for return.
